Had a computer board comm issue with our pool pump. Bill came to service the unit. He is excellent and quick. I called in after hours , left a message and Bill showed up. Nautilas has done a great job after installation with service and warranty work.

Look no further. Nautilus Pools is where it’s at. We are the proud owners of a Nautilus pool for two years now. Nautilus Pools is the best pool construction company you will find. Construction of our pool started late August 2021 and finished early in February 2022. We wanted to use our pool for the Super Bowl LVI and Nautilus made it happen. We were completely satisfied with the professionalism, craftsmanship and expertise of Nautilus Pools employees and their subcontractors. From sales, design and construction to startup and operation - they deliver a quality product. Most impressive is warranty service. We had one rather strange electrical issue and later an issue with the pool heater. Both times Dustin the owner and his very competent service men Bill and John were there for us. No hassles. Total satisfaction, you can’t go wrong with these guys. We constantly receive compliments on our beautiful pool, and continue to be very happy with the service we receive. We have a pool to be proud of, a very rich look. If we had to do it all over, we would choose Nautilus again and again.
