1. Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer complimentary design consultations. You can schedule one whenever you are ready to start talking about your project. You do not necessarily have to be ready to begin construction right away. To schedule a consultation, simply contact us.

2. What warranty do you offer?

Our general warranty is one year. Several of our products carry additional warranties. Your designer can review all warranties with you and address any concerns you may have.

3. Do you offer pool financing? If so, what are the rates and terms?

We have third party financing available to you. As you might expect, rates and terms are dependent on your credit score and the type of financing you choose.

4. Who will over-see my project?

Although most of our work is completed by our in-house employees, you will have two supervisors that will oversee your project.

5. How do we pay for our pool?

We accept cash or check as well as payment terms through your preferred lender. We structure our draw schedule to work with the flow of the construction of the project utilizing a progressive draw process.
